It is recommended that all diabetic patients have a regular review as such the practice will invite you when its your review is due.
Your review will take place with one of our nurses to complete your annual check, this will include a health check of which includes bloods taken, BP checked, foot check, weight check and some lifestyle advice.
There is also now a centrally run Eye Screening (Retinal Photography) Service for all diabetics, you will be invited to this service by the service provider directly.
